Chili with Beans

Ingredients
- ground chuck (2 lbs)
- 4 sweet Italian sausages, uncased (~1 lb)
- bacon pieces (2 Tbsp)
- 2 caribe peppers, seeded & chopped
- 6 mini sweet peppers, seeded & chopped
- 1 sweet yellow onion, chopped
- fresh oregano leaves, chopped (3 tsp)
- fresh basil leaves, chopped (3 tsp)
- garlic, pressed (1 Tbsp)
- kidney beans in spicy chili sauce (15 oz can)
- Great Northern beans, drained (15 oz can)
- diced fire-roasted tomatoes (28 oz can)
- double-concentrated tomato paste (5 oz tube)
- Guinness dry stout (1 cup)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 Tbsp)
- TABASCO Scorpion Sauce (2 tsp)
- Better Than Bouillon Organic Beef Base (4 tsp)
- chili powder (1/4 cup)
- cayenne powder (1 tsp)
- paprika (1 tsp)
- ground cumin (1 tsp)
- white sugar (1 tsp)
- ground black pepper (1 tsp)
- salt (1 tsp)
Instructions

In a large stock pot, brown the meat
- ground chuck (2 lbs)
- 4 Italian sausages

After the meat has browned, drain the excess grease.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot

Simmer on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
